Compared to Chinese the Britons are simple eaters. And I supposed because of the weather, their meals are hearty. Unique Scottish eats such as haggis and blood pudding are quite good. I enjoy the meals with a pint of local beer. However, nothing beats the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale brewed right here in the USA. I'd recommend it above all others.

Hi Joe, the food sure looks tempting to me. Guess it must be good to whash it down with a cold Pale Ale.

blood pudding! Growing up in Taiwan, do you remember the Pork Blood Cake on the stick? It was a great snack with the red hot sauce.
Dear Wei:
I don't believe I ever had pork blood cake on a stick, but I had plenty of boiled pork blood cubes in soup.
