Death Valley National Park
死谷國家公園


多年前我來過死谷。但在當時它並不是國家公園，而我也只是過客而已。這次，我們專程前來，待了三天，跑了不少地方，對死谷有了新的認識。我一向喜歡人跡罕至的地方，死谷正是我所嚮往的 –– 地廣、人稀。那種蒼涼的美，令我震撼。

Are you allowed to pitch a tent overnight? It would be a great place to watch the stars. Isn't it?

Dear Wei,

I did not see a single tent in the vast emptiness of the park. There were campsites, but no campers. A few RVs were there. It was a starkly beautiful place.
