荷屬 / 法屬聖馬丁島
同一個島，由中間平分為二，北面說法文，掛法國國旗；南方荷屬，卻說英文；花錢都用美金（歐元、荷島幣也可以）。海都是同樣的美麗。雙方人民可以自由來往，不設關卡。我們坐帆船環島一次，然後開車環島兩次。對海有一種特殊情愫的我，每個海灘都去看了。島上居民有八萬人左右，很友善，英、法語皆通。島上的食物融合了歐洲與本土的風味。法式點心也很有特色。這兒物價比美國稍貴些，我想因為大部份的貨品都仰賴進口的緣故。

Beautiful scenery. How about the flowers? Are these rhododentrons?

Ha! Ha! Ha! getting out of country one has just hop on the plane. In this case it was just 2.5 hours east of Miami. No visa needed. I am not sure what the flower was called. I thought it was mimosa? It reminds me of summer in Taiwan.
