一杯濁酒喜相逢
Here is a cup of Nigori sake that will shield you from the winter chills. 濁酒, or cloudy liquor, is unfiltered "rice wine" that is sweet in taste. It is consumed by peasants in China. 30 seconds in the microwave is just right for this drink. I like it hot rather than chilled as recommended. The Chinese people never serve their liquor cold. It is a perfect dessert drink for the winter.
